Charity and Curry 2024
Another great night at Priory as we hosted 12 teams from local companies who were all with us to raise money for local charity GuildCare.
Pictured are the winners of the charity cup along with our own Amber and Stuart Logan who helped with the splendid organisation for the evening.
Abergavenny has to played as water - bolo!
The Abergavenny match against Worthing Pavilion had to be suspended until Tuesday 16th July after the heavens opened.
Only 4 ends were played and the match will resume at end 5 of 21. There was a similar story with the away rink at Pavilion.
Playing back end ......
A rare opportunity to be part of a discussion group to talk through the art of back-end-bowling and the thought processes that run alongside this most strategic of positions
Leading the afternoon for us - will be John Schools - one of the best thinking men's skips in Sussex, We are also thrilled to have on our team of presenters - Lorraine Kuhler - England U25 Ladies Coach and 2023-24 KO Fours World Champion.
John Schools has played high level bowls for well over 40 years and is considered by many to be one of the best strategists to play alongside. His abiilty to be one step ahead of the opposition is what singles him out.
